Greta Šmaižytė has worked for 5 years in a non-government organization - Vytautas Magnus University Student Representative Council. There she began volunteering, later on became coordinator of the Academic Affairs Committee and then President of the Council. She has a lot of experience in higher education and now she is a senior specialist in Vytautas Magnus University Career Center as well as getting her Master's degree in Corporate Strategic Management.
